Doom by Fate Survivors Tier List – Best Survivors to Play

Updated: November 10, 2025  ·  Reading time: ~3 min

In Doom by Fate, survivors aren’t just different skins—each one has their own ability kit that affects how they handle pressure, escape situations, or support teammates.

If you’re deciding where to spend your Tix in this Roblox game, this list breaks down the strongest picks based on stun potential, team value, and consistency against aggressive killers.

After playing a mix of public lobbies and coordinated runs, the biggest difference between characters usually comes down to whether they can stop the killer or keep the team alive longer.

Survivors that can stall the killer reliably naturally rise to the top.

S Tier – Best Overall

Jane Doe

Cost: 450 Tix

Jane Doe stands out because she can heal herself and others without items. In most matches, at least one teammate is going to get chased or hit, and being able to restore health consistently can swing rounds that would otherwise snowball.

Abilities:

  • Syringe (Q): A quick jab that damages and briefly stuns the killer. Useful if a chase reaches you or a downed teammate.
  • Patch Up (R): Restores 30 HP to yourself.
  • Set Health (E): Restore 30 HP to any nearby teammate.

Why She’s S Tier:

She can heal, defend, and stabilize the team, which makes her valuable in every match—even with random players.

A Tier – Strong Utility and Crowd Control

Jester

Cost: 450 Tix

Jester is designed around disruption. His traps delay or interrupt the killer’s movement, which can help the team escape pressure or secure revives. Using him well requires placement awareness, but the payoff is high.

Abilities:

  • Hat Trap (Q): Place a music-playing hat that prevents the killer from sprinting within range. The hat can be destroyed and only lasts a short time, so positioning matters.
  • Banana Trap (E): Drops a banana peel. If the killer steps on it, they slip and stagger.
  • Pie (R): Throw a pie that slows and blinds the killer on hit.

Why He’s A Tier:

Jester doesn’t heal, but he buys time, and extra time is often the real win condition.

B Tier – Situational but Useful in the Right Hands

Brawler

Cost: 500 Tix

Brawler has some of the most direct stuns in the game, but his kit requires close range, which means higher risk. If you’re confident and good with timing, he can turn a chase around.

Abilities:

  • Pocket Sand (E): Gather sand, then throw it to blind and push back the killer.
  • Liver Blow (R): A heavy strike that stuns and deals good damage.

Why B Tier:

Strong effects, but getting close to the killer consistently isn’t always safe.

Soldier

Cost: 450 Tix

Soldier is a defensive utility survivor who can help downed teammates and interrupt kills. His block mechanic can shut down tunneling killers if you land it cleanly.

Abilities:

  • Block (E): Attempt to block an incoming attack. Block two hits and you’ll automatically counterattack.
  • Shotgun (R): A short-range shot that damages and briefly stuns the killer.
  • Carry (Q): Pick up and move teammates out of danger zones.

Why B Tier:

He’s solid, but his block ability requires timing, and the shotgun has limited range. Strong in coordinated matches; less reliable in solo queue.

C Tier – Playable, but Outclassed

Bacon

Cost: Free (Starter)

Bacon is the default survivor and doesn’t have any extra tools to help against the killer. He’s fine for learning maps and movement, but you’ll want to upgrade quickly.

Why C Tier:

No abilities means no stuns, no healing, no team value, and no way to assist when a chase breaks out.
